Desert Storm
Can anybody recommend games like the Conflict Desert Storm games?
I love the Desert Storm games, Conflict Vietnam and Conflict Global Storm. Can anyone recommend games please for the PS2, Xbox or Xbox 360 that are similar in gameplay?
Yeah... dont go get Conflict: Denied Ops.... its not like the other Conflict games, its a really bad game actually, I completed it once and never played it again lol.
Erm... games similar to Conflict.... in the style of being able to switch characters I can't seem to think of any. BUT there are some very good realistic first person shooters around, like Rainbow Six Vegas, Ghost Recon and Call of Duty (even though I hate it lol). In the sense of the style of play (with exception to being able to switch character) Lost Planet has a similar control system, it's a really good game too, but its set in the future on a distant planet with lots of aliens =p There's Brute Force, it was on the XBox a few years ago, has a similar way to change who you control, but again... alien planets, lots of aliens and super powers. There's also Clive Barker's Jericho, where you can switch to about 5 or so different characters all with different abilities... its all supernatural stuff though, I got it a while ago and played it a little, I'm not a big fan of it though lol.
Short of those games, there's tonnes of other 'sorta' similar style of games, but I really can't think of any others that are very close to Conflict games. Hopefully the people who made the Conflict games will realise that Denied Ops was a mistake and bring out another Conflict game that is like Global Storm.... cause they're absolutely amazing games =p
